SEFLA is an excellent language school in San Antonio. They offer a variety of languages with teachers who are mostly native speakers. Their programs are very organized, and expectations are clear. The very small class sizes are a bonus! The building is very clean, and all of the staff is extremely professional. I had a great experience as a student of Spanish, and I would recommend SEFLA to anyone who is serious about learning a language or improving their language skills quickly.

Please people don't go here, this is the worse place try to learn English, they are not teachers, of course they are natives but is different been a teacher, They are just interested about take your money, Not professional at all, My experience was Horrible any teacher knows grammar or rules. The class is just go and read a book and CERO explanation, When I asked about explain me something their answered me you HAVE to know. really those are teachers? they are not able to teach anything. please people don't go at this school, they just want your money and they don't care about you learn any language. Found a better option, but this is NOT recommended!

I've been researching online and in-person foreign language learning for the past few months with the intention of starting by June this year. The first time I sent an inquiry, I got a brief response and an attached enrollment form. I sent a "reply all" follow-up email with a few more questions about the classes and so far, weeks later, out of all the recipients on that email, NO ONE has replied. Nobody.
Here I am, wanting to learn, willing to pay (SEFLA is not cheap) and no one wants to answer or take my money! So, although I haven't actually attended any classes there, I don't see this behavior as being very professional, and I can't imagine them being any better if I were to hire them to teach me. In the meantime, I've found another language school in another state that gets great reviews for teaching languages virtually AND is cheaper.

I love this school. I have taken some English classes here and I have learned a lot. The teachers are great and make the environment easy to learn and comfortable. It feels like a family to me. I took classes 3 years ago when I used to live here in San Antonio and now that I'm back I decided to go back to SEFLA. I feel that this is such a great place that no only I'm taking classes, I took my husband to take Spanish classes and my friend to start learning English as well. I love this place and I highly recomend to everyone who wants to learn a new language.

I've been taking English classes for about 4 or 5 months. Teachers are awesome, they are native speakers, have good knowledge, are very patient even if you don't understand they would try a different way to make you understand. Plus they provide free coffee (important for me) I have met many people from many parts of the world and that is very exciting for me too! I recommend this Language School.
