This is the most popular level of service we provide. It includes our proprietary translation process with seven quality control checkpoints built into it. Translations are performed by professional translators residing in the target country. Then, they are edited by a native-speaking editor with experience in your industry.
This process starts with a professional translator experienced in your industry and incorporates the creation of a terminology bank with your name on it. It ends with quality control performed by a Project Manager with an eagle eye and attention to detail. Customer requested changes to the translation will be performed for an additional charge.

I have never experienced such a bad experience to pay a bill. Representative made me repeat my name four times and when I requested to hurry as I was in middle of four things. She started yelling that I am rude to her and hang up. I called second time hoping to find a more genuine person and second lady in stead of helping me was backing the behavior of first rep.

Second person hang up on me after taking the credit card and not giving the receipt or confirmation. When I called again to get a confirmation. They simply refused and was accusing me of being repeat. I wonder what kind of service they provide if this is how they treat the person trying to pay a bill.
