This amendment requires the international driver's license to contain additional identifiable information pertaining to the Holder of the license. The purpose of this additional information is to aid law enforcement officers in case of an emergency or any other issue that may arise on the road involving the license holder. It is worth mentioning that, most national drivers license contain very limited identifiable information that will aid law enforcement officers abroad. This lack of complete identifiable information may cause problems such as, unnecessary penalty, the driver's detention or forfeiture of the vehicle in a foreign country.

Don't use this service. The 15 minute processing is not actually available and they charge fees that are not disclosed before checking out. There are other great services that live up to their advertisements. This place is a scam. I've requested a refund since nothing was actually processed and apparently won't be for 3-5 days. That's after adding $60 of baseless fees to the $29 advertised price without any disclosure which was a surprise when I saw the charge to my cc.
The customer service line says they aren't taking calls so I'm not very confident that my email will be responded to or the refund processed. Looks like others have had similar experiences. Luckily I can just dispute this with my carrier for a refund unlike the unfortunate folks that sent money orders and wire transactions. BEWARE!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value this place is fraudulent, keep away from them. Ordered a booklet for 15$ and 8$ shipping, but got charged 45$ and they dont want to refund anything. shipping was supposed to be 2 days got it only on the fifth day. Will never use their service again.

I ordered my license in March 2020. They cashed the money order on March 16, 2020 according to Western Union. it's now July 23, 2020. They have not sent me the license and they are not giving me a refund. i wrote 10 emails to them asking them for an explanation. They do not do anything. They respond by saying they will take care of it, but nothing yet! My next step is to go to the NY Attorney General office.
