We offer a number of in-person and pre-scheduled secure video services to our customers, and are flexible depending on your individual needs and industry. Our on-site interpreting services provide an experience that allow the Deaf consumer to be fully immersed in the discussions and activities happening around them. Our pre-scheduled and on-demand Video Remote Interpreting (VRI) services provide quality interpreting to locations where an in-person professional is unavailable.

Services
President and CEO Michael Rizzolo began Interpretek in 1993 with a vision of bridging the gap between the hearing and the Deaf communicators. He quickly earned a reputation for delivering outstanding quality services, high ethics, leadership, and dedication to the Deaf and hearing professional communities.
Michael Rizzolo learned sign language from several deaf neighbors and became an interpreter while attending college at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). After graduation, the National Technical Institute for the Deaf hired Michael as a manager of Interpreting Services. This endeavor has been his profession and vocation ever since, and he openly expresses his love for it.
Interpretek's mission is to uphold the nation's highest standards in sign language interpreting services while providing world-class customer service. Above all else, we value the relationships we've developed across the country with our Deaf and hearing consumers; we strive to understand and consistently meet their needs.
