I decided with my friend to learn Spanish. We debated and finally chose studio Espanol. Our profesor Joaquin Frias is very professional, very pleasant and knows how to use different and varied techniques to challenge us and develop our reading, writing and speaking skills. Studio Espanol has helped me jump start my comfort in speaking Spanish! With their custom tailored conversational approach, I have learned more in 2 months of classes than I have in 2 years of various online language apps. There is certainly no substitute to learning and conversing with a native Spanish speaker. Not to mention, the classes are super fun, and a great way to meet interesting people!

My friend and I decided Covid would be a great time to learn Spanish, but we wanted someone fun and engaging and also really good at teaching the actual language- not just parroting skills (sorry, that's all the apps do). We chose to have private (zoom) classes so we could move at our own speed. We started with a 10 class package and added 20 more- that should tell you. Classes include reading, conversations, grammar and translating from English into Spanish. Joaquin was very good about adapting to our needs.

My Spanish speaking friends are very impressed with how much we learned. Puedo hablar y leer Espanol mas que antes de apprendo con Joaquin. (I'm sure there are some errors but we try.)

I had been trying to find a great place to advance my Spanish and to refresh my Spanish-speaking skills. I was so excited to discover the Studio Espanol! When I first reached out to them, I love how they allowed me to sit in on a course to see if it was the kind of environment and learning that I was seeking. Once I sat in on my first class, I immediately knew it was the place for me to further advance my Spanish!

The instructors are amazing and so kind as well as very accommodating with your needs and schedule. I have learned SO much in such a short period of time. I love how they structure the courses so that you don't feel overwhelmed with the content. I also love how they do not place too many people in a class. In this way, it almost feels as though you are getting one-on-one learning.

It's been an amazing experience! I plan to continue taking Spanish at Studio Espanol for the rest of the year and probably next year too! : I highly recommend taking Spanish at Studio Espanol!

I've been taking classes at Studio Espanol for about 18 months and am amazed how much I have learned in that time. Joaquin's teaching style is a bit unconventional and that's what makes it fun and makes me want to come back, week after week! If Joaquin isn't there, someone else from his amazing staff steps in so we don't miss a beat. Me encanta mi clase de espanol!

I was very nervous to try and learn Spanish, I have been unsuccessful with foreign language classes in the past. Studio Espanol makes language learning coherent and, to my surprise, very fun. I look forward to Joaquin's weekly lesson. Definitely worth your time and effort.

Studio Espanol is awesome! They have a perfect blend between getting things done and making it fun and enjoyable. This last session my class had two different instructors and I loved them both. It is amazing how they are able to keep the class challenging enough but also not leaving anyone behind. I have told so many people about this program and I will defiantly be signing up for further courses.

I learned to speak Spanish better at Studio Espanol than I did when living in Spain for several months. I started going to the studio because I had to pass a Spanish oral test for my teaching certification. To pass this test, I had to speak Spanish at an ADVANCED low level. When I met Joaquin, I was incredibly nervous to practice Spanish one on one with someone.

He made me feel comfortable from the moment we started. He encouraged me to practice and allowed me to make mistakes. He assisted me with concepts, vocabulary and grammar all in a conversational and authentic manner. I have never worked with anyone with better professionalism. His studio is clean, beautiful and a comfortable setting. He worked around my schedule, had open communication and most importantly knew my learning needs, goals and helped me achieve them.

His studio changed the way I use language. I studied Spanish abroad and I have a Bachelors degree in the language. But I learned and grew more from my experiences with Joaquin over the course of a summer than those experiences combined. He is a wonderful all around person, businessman and teacher. I am so lucky to have met him and to have been taught by him. Anyone looking to learn Spanish, must go to this studio as soon as possible!

My husband and daughter and I wanted to learn to speak Spanish. We found Studio Espanol online and signed up for the beginner class. I am amazed at how much I was able to learn in just 6 weeks. Patricia and Joaquin are patient, friendly, professional and enthusiastic teachers. More importantly, they have inspired us to continue to learn Spanish.
