For all interpreting requests, a signed service agreement is necessary. If you have never requested interpreting services from us, or if you are unsure whether you have a signed agreement, please indicate that you do not have a service agreement, and a SWITS representative will contact you. Telephone and video remote interpreting requests are recommended for shorter interactions with fewer than three individuals present. I am so very not happy with the swits because of the interpreter are not available makes me mad at them. I have the big problems with the horizon nurses without the interpreter to come to my apartment. I don't like it. Thier company is poor because not enough interpreters. I wants the swits should get out of the business!
