Our mission is to provide our clients with professional interpreting and translation services to offer equal language access in any setting. We are dedicated professionals committed to advancing and raising the standards of the language services profession. We believe in continuing education of our employees and clients by facilitating trainings and workshops to enhance their intercultural communication skills. For all interpreting requests, a signed service agreement is necessary. If you have never requested interpreting services from us, or if you are unsure whether you have a signed agreement, please indicate that you do not have a service agreement, and a SWITS representative will contact you. Telephone and video remote interpreting requests are recommended for shorter interactions with fewer than three individuals present. I am so very not happy with the swits because of the interpreter are not available makes me mad at them. I have the big problems with the horizon nurses without the interpreter to come to my apartment. I don't like it. Thier company is poor because not enough interpreters. I wants the swits should get out of the business!
