Propio Language Services founder Joe Fackrell - fluent in Spanish after spending two years in Bolivia - was working as a night auditor in the hospitality industry in the US. In 1998, he was asked to accompany a fellow associate and her husband to their prenatal care appointments, to act as an interpreter.

Many clients do not need an access code because they have uniquely assigned dial in number. If you do need an access code, you can get this from the Implementation Team or Client Success Team. My company uses this service for out clients, and it is absolutely amazing. I felt defeated when I was unable to assist my client whom spoke Cantonese. I called propio for help, hold was about 3-4 mins total. But after that everyone was nice and very helpful. I highly recommend. :) Thank you Propio for your services. This service has been very very beneficial for me and many more organizations across the country who need help and assistance with language barriers between themselves and clients.
It was so hassle free to get help from a translator. I just wanted to help my client, and she was getting so frustrated she hung up on me twice because she could not understand what i was saying. Propio came to the rescue :) Thank you again. From Pennsylvania.

The exam proctor took a dislike to me immediately, and was not shy about expressing it with sighs and gasps and clipped tone of voice. It was clear I didn't have a fair shake even before the verbal exam was complete. The exam was supposed to measure one's ability to hold a conversation, yet never was a conversation held, how is that fair! It was more like an interview with scenarios presented and one having to respond off the cuff, with a? conversation? of one.
For example: How do you make coffee? I am sorry, but 1. I don't make coffee and 2. I can't make a conversation out of that! When I got my result back I was blown away with how LOW the examiner had rated me. According to him I could barely hold a conversation with a native speaker! If that WAS the case I never would have tried for this kind of a position!
Maybe my language skills weren't good enough for the position I sought, but they are way better than this exam and examiner claim they are. I have this from native speakers, who have more than once commented how GOOD my skills are. I am very disappointed in this service. At least one individual with this company needs to be fired!
