Recent survey shows 38.46%: Quality of interpreting service, which we truly provide from heart and with cultural understanding since we the interpreters are authentic. After 12 years as an interpreter for couple languages, personally I provide 100% and work for few agencies or USA courts. However, the CLI quality manager Matt Cornett, has decided to part away with one of his best interpreters of 9 yrs. CLI does is not willing to understand other cultures differences of their own people, their power, their interpreters and to treat them with respect, appreciation and gratitude.

They have never said thank you for providing services, only at the termination of our agreement. CLI have never trained interpreters or provided them with any additional requirements, training etc, emotional trauma mechanisms, which we all go thru with variety of calls nature, only to demand the best highest quality yet you alone speak zero other languages. Go for discrimination CLI, that only shows how poorly you treat your interpreters of nearly 10 years, what a shame.

We use this company for my work as we have to get statements from a lot of Spanish speaking customers and sometimes the interpreter will just hang up with no provocation and it's really obnoxious and unprofessional but for the most part the interpreters I've worked with are nice and professional.

I worked with CLI for almost two years as both OPI and VRI interpreter, it have been great experiance working with them, until yesterday I got a weird offensive email from some one called H.Hyun, telling me that I miss too many calls attaching unrealistic statistics and threatening to terminate my contract. I don't know if that guy is aware of the meaning of Independant Contractor, but I gave him a call and it was unpleasant and at the end I told him to go a head and terminate my contract.

While I find it weird for some one in the recruiting team to do the job of an HR, I still believe the company is great, but some times some odd people manage to slip through the cracks.

I have just completed my new employee process. All I have is positive experiences, outstanding customer services and positive feedback from everyone I have spoken to so far. Good test and nicely methodologicaly designed to achieve quality in the new interpreters. Mr Harry, Ms Elizabeth, and the examination team all very professional and flexible with scheduling tests. Former Employee Avoid working at CLI! Supervisors yell at workers all the time, no people skills at all! No help from the staff when you are on a call, either they are gossiping or on their phones. It is like high school all over again, if you aren't in a click you do not move up in the company nor you are listened to when a problem arises. Management is a big problem period! Unfair treatment over all.

Most professional Language company thus far. well trained staff and are well informed of languages and regions unlike the "known" companies. I worked with other companies but never ran into any issues with CLI.

I cannot say enough good things about working for CLI. I have now worked here for over 11 years, so that says something right there. CLI truly cares for their employees. It's like a big family! We have awesome benefits, an uplifting work environment and amazing coworkers. I love what we do. It's great coming to work knowing that we help people 24/7. Communication is key in life! And without CLI, some of us wouldn't be able to communicate in very important settings.

My heart grows more fond of CLI with each passing year. It is a fabulous place to work with excellent benefits, and absolutely the best team you could ask for. They are supportive, hard working, professional and caring. I highly recommend this company.

One of the things I love most about working at CLI is its diverse workforce and company culture that encourages innovation and creative approaches to services/work flow. I really appreciate that everyone who works here is truly invested in the quality of what we do. I think this is in part because the language service industry is so fascinating, and in large part because our work has such a positive impact on non-English speaking people who directly benefit from interpreting services.
