This company does Not pay their interpreters! Interpreters, be aware - this company sends you to assignments but they do not pay afterwards! No matter how many emails or phone calls you make. They still owe me money from assignments in February and March, I made a mistake of trusting them and did several jobs for them, put in multiple hours, and got zero compensation!
I did surgery interpretation, physical therapy, doctors appointments. I'm a certified interpreter, that works in industry for multiple years, this is first time I come across such unprofessional company! Report them to BBB and IRS!

GATEWAY DOES NOT PAY THEIR INTERPRETERS! I am a nationally certified sign language interpreter who was contacted by Gateway to complete an assignment. It's been four months, and not only was I not paid, they are now not responding to any emails I have sent. There are other reviews that report similar experiences - interpreters and clients beware! I am now working with an attorney to get the money I earned. Unfortunately, the people who end up hurting the most from bad behavior like this are the people who need interpreting services, and it's so unfortunate. Shame on you, Gateway.

Run Away from Gateway Languages, Inc. If the review had zero star, I would give them 0 star. I did a one-time interpretation assignment for Gateway Languages on May 3rd, 2018 at 25 W 38th street, Bayonne, NJ 07002 (an elementary school). Now it's over 4 months, they have NOT paid for my service despite I contacted them multiple times by emails and phones.
The CEO - Anthony Brown once acknowledged in his email to me that he would send the paycheck, since then complete silence. Future clients and contractors take my review seriously and NEVER use this company service to support ethical business practices.

Will never use this company for our business again. We are having to pay for their lack of organization. They're terrible at getting back to you, unprofessional on the phone, "lose" emails. I'll be sure to tell others in the management association that their time is better spent elsewhere. What a poorly organized company.
