I called IMANILEE translations to translate a national ID from Afghanistan for someone I am trying to sponser. On a Friday I called them and they said they can have the English translation ready by Saturday than changed it to Monday. I received an email confirming reciept of the Dari version of national ID (TASKERA) to be translated and ready by Monday.
When I called on Monday she repeatedly said to me I never heard back from you and that I had to pay first. She would not listen to me and continually said no to me. I finally got a break and asked her that if I paid today(Monday) when can she have it ready. She said I will send you an invoice right now but it won't be ready until Friday. I said to her that she could have mentioned this invoice in her email on Friday and I would have paid.
But she said it would be ready on Monday implying that I would pay on Monday as well or I would not get the translated copy. She became irritated with me and was very condescending and demeaning in her behavior. She said "You need me and I don't need you so you have to listen." I thought in customer service she has to listen to the customers needs so that they can try to problem solve. BAHAR seemed to me as if she has forgotten that it is the customer who has build her business and she needs the customers not the other way around.
Absolutely disgusting behavior. I am not sure why BAHAR would use this type of language with me when I am merely trying to explain myself. This is discriminatory behavior. She wasted my time and energy. I don't have time as I am trying to save people's lives as best as I can but anyone else would file a lawsuit. Everybody knows it's a life and death situation in Afghanistan right now and time is of the essence to do anything to try and save someone. Her rude, inhumane behavior was very unprofessional and emotionally distressing.

As a scheduler for a Court Reporting firm that operates Nationwide and Internationally our clients often need an Interpreter for depositions. For several years I was using a large Interpretation firm based in New York. The process for securing an Interpreter in my opinion was always on the slow side. Then we had a multiple day very important deposition for one of our clients that required an Interpreter.
I provided my contact over a months advanced notice of the project. After several days I confirmed with the contact to which he replied we were covered. Then just days before the assignment when i asked for names to provide to security i was informed we were not covered. We were able to secure an Interpreter in time through other sources. I chose to overlook the issue and give another chance.
However the same scenario played out again several months later. This time for me was the last straw! This is when I discovered Imani Lee Translations. Raid Benham was the person who assisted me. Within hours of me providing the details to Raid I was delighted to receive a confirmation email. He also already had the Interpreters name for me. The assignment to my knowledge went great.
Since then I have only had a handful of times we needed and Interpreter. Each time was met with the same fast and professional response. To me this means the world! Knowing I am in good hands is such a relief. It allows me to manage my own teams schedules. I am so happy to have found Imani Lee Transclations! Keep up the great work!

I needed a video translated and subtitled. They told me they could do both! I was so impressed. It made my life so much easier. I look forward to working with them again. They were able to guide me through the entire process and kept me updated and their progress. I was relieved my project was in good hands.
