I'm one of the ASL interpreters at RLS. Ive been an interpreter her for roughly 3 years and i LOVE IT! They have such a pure, loving kind heart employees/Admin, that work there. This is the most effective translation services I have ever worked with. They were able to translate my document from French to English not only accurately but within the time limit required. My father and I had an urgent need to translate a few documents into the Ukrainian language. We were referred to Reliable Language Services by a clerk in the State Department. When we arrived at Maitland St, we were quickly received and treated with friendly kindness. She was so helpful and considerate of our needs. Also, the service was fast. By the next day, we had gotten an email from saying the documents would be ready by tomorrow. Ms. Long was very enthusiastic about helping us. I'm referring everyone I know to her office!

The services that are provided through Reliable Language Services are done in a fast efficient way. I needed my birth certificate translated and notarized. When I called, Rosa Long got back to me quickly. She made sure she had all the information she needed and she made sure I sent her everything that needed translation, so that she could help me as much as possible.
She did everything that I asked her to do in a thorough, proficient manner. There were no mistakes and there was nothing that was not done exactly the way I needed it. In addition, Ms. Long is very pleasant to approach, talk to, and work with. She even offered to send me everything by mail, so that I would not have to make the trip. But making the trip would have been worth it for the efficient, complete, and quick service that Ms. Long provided. Her prices are reasonable also. Thank you!

I needed certified translation on my foreign college credits and license. The translation was done in a very professional manner. I was impressed by the convenience offered. My documents were scanned and emailed to RLS, I didn't have to go anywhere. They translated it and mail it back promptly. The communication was very personalized. Will recommend this company if you have a need of certified translation, this is the company you should use. I am a 100% satisfied with their work and will use them again if needs be.
