I am using google to translate this. The interpreters that were sent by this company knew almost as much english as me. It is not a lot. It defeats the purpose of having an interpreter. They constantly used their phones to translate things. Doctors would sometimes just used staff that spoke spanish to help because of the useless interpreters from this company. They would also say things i did not say and answer for me without asking me. Hopefully this will help people avoid this company and a potential disaster.
