Cannot believe that a company that is supposedly huge does not give clients the option to speak to a live person. Cheap and horrible customer service. I will NOT do business with a company that won't bother paying a live person to answer questions before taking our money.
I get it that it is time consuming and companies nowadays prefer to do everything via email and text, but the fact that a company won't offer a live person says a lot about their customer service.

Terrible experience!!! They made 6 mistakes on 2 pages!!! They only had to translate 2 documents and it was obvious that they haven’t even double-checked, let alone triple checked. 6 mistakes in 2 documents that I paid for and then had to waste my valuable time to send them corrections. I understand that mistakes happen, but this is 6 mistakes on 2 pages!!!!

And only because nobody checked the translation. I sent them the corrections and still haven’t heard from them... They praise themselves on “rush” translation, yeah, it is “rushed” but completely incorrect. Most of the people don’t even check
their translated documents, if they would, I am sure they would find the amateur mistakes that Rush Translate makes.

Extremely unprofessional! I chose Rush Translate because they were recommended by Boundless Immigration as a number 1, but now I am even considering choosing Boundless and paying for their services...
