We tried to.order a translation and we was told on the phone that it will take 3 days. First it seems that our first email never reached Dan. Then took a week to have a response back after we follow-up of course. Then we never got the mail. Try to connect to get at least a scan version by e-mail so we can advance in our process. Never got one and became unresponsive. STAY AWAY FOR THEM!

Your service was a joke, it took 1 month to get it done with the same mistake 3 times! (certification with the wrong client name) i had to drive to pick it up because you could not mail it correctly. when picking up the translations, again the same mistake (document wrong and translation missing). had to drive further- this time to your office where i had to help you step by step on what documentation and certification to print and stamp. i had to give you detailed instructions on what to do and i even re-sent your own translation to you. INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I called AAA Worldwide translation when I was in need of a high school diploma translate from Vietnamese to English, I called and spoke to Dan Freier. I gave them the details and email him the document that needed to be translate. He asked for my credit card right away before any work done and I asked him if my document was not accept by the state of mn because of your accreditation, how would you handle it?
He stated that he is accredited and that he been working in the field many years where he have connection that would. I trusted him and pay my bills after submitted to the state of mn, they would not accepted his accreditation and I called him and let know. Well, he told me that he could sent my document elsewhere to his connection and have them do it with an extra cost on top of what I have been charged for.
First of all, he didn't get the work that he promised done. Secondly, how could you asked for more money when you could not finished what you were hired to do. This is a joke and I would not recommend anyone use him for any sort of translation. It is a waste of time and you can hire someone else who is accredited and charge you way less than this guy. PLEASE BE AWARE!
