My organization needed translation of a few documents and a poster with lots of embedded images. This company was cordial in following up with us for all the source InDesign documents and images, which we didn't realize we'd have to provide in addition to the PDFs. This is the MOST RIDICULOUS translation service. Yesterday at 3:07PM, I called to ask the price for a ONE page document (birth certificate). They quoted me just the most outrageous price ever. ONE PAGE certified translation service: $250 for the base price. $450 extra if you want it expedited. Do these people even know what they are doing and the market for this type of service?
Their prices indicate that they are either clueless or scammers. If you google the typical certified-translation cost of 1 page document is only $25-35! I used another service provider in the area (you will find them in your Yelp search too - they are in Hayward) and paid $75 for the same document, it's a good deal because I got it expedited and it was ready for pick up in less than 24hr. Skip this company and call the other options in the area.

I have worked with IC for many years and the staff that they have is exceptional. They follow proper protocol during the interpretation process but still are able to allow me to convey to my clients, warmness, compassion and support.
