This place IS OPEN though it closed for two Covid years. Despite federal slow downs with passports they Continue to arrange for expedited passports and visas. Patty has the same professional manner as those who worked here when I first came 40 years ago! Her no frill attitude gives you sharp, clear, honest results right away. Competitors in the same business cost more and May not deliver what you need as fast as you need it! International passports delivers.

Long story short. I had a last minute engagement in Jamaica, and I'd never had a passport before. My flight leaves Friday morning at 8am. I went in Monday and Lucie walked me through the process. She called me Wednesday afternoon at 3:00p to come pick up my passport. I've got just one word - GRATEFUL!

I just renewed my and my wife's expired passports and had two new passports processed for my two minor children - all in the span of a few weeks and it went as smoothly as you could expect. Try taking time off more than one day of work visiting State Dept. offices, waiting in lines, knowing that if you did one thing incorrectly you might have to add more time to the effort. Their services are worth every penny and more.

Great service. NO WAITING! Got there and Lucie took the docs, checked them and processed within 10 minutes. Passport came as requested (3 days). Their service is much cheaper than their neighboring passport services. I've been to a couple that claim great service, but turns out, you have to wait over 1 hour. especially the one that advertises open on weekend. DON'T GO THERE. Try this one first and see for yourself.
