Ambassador Passport And Visa Services

My mother went to Ambassador to expedite her passport for a two week turnaround not knowing that she could have done it in person at the US Passport Office in the Federal Bldg @ Wilshire and Veteran. She was charged an additional $400 plus the passport fee of $130 and the added $60 to expedite that the US normally charges. She received no updates over three weeks, no order number, no returned phone call, or explanation of process.

One week after she was supposed to have receive it, she went to Ambassador in person and was given the run-around and general rudeness from the person at the front desk and then the owner herself. Only after mentioning that she was going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau did she finally get them to refund her payment to them for "expediting" her service. A scam service that over charges you for what you can actually do with an appt. at the US Passport Office one- mile away!

Very bad customer service I spoke with a Spanish accent type lady also hanged up in my face very very rude I was calm and collective when speaking with her so there was no reason for this She asked for my email and did not send email Was very rude cutting me off in my sentences. Their website is not up-to-date And also does not match information when I called them on the phone so website and phone call information did not match Would not trust their website or them because you will probably be paying more than you should I would either go with another agency or do the leg work yourself Very very poor customer service And reading all the other one star comments I want to say they're telling the truth won't do Business with them ever And I strongly suggest you guys don't either save your money I haven't done business with them yet but judging how they treat me on the phone and reading the other post like I said I'm going to go with another agency

Waiting over 2 weeks for a Saudi visa ( expedite service) I called the office 2 times today to at least send me the tracking number so I can believe you, till this time 3:20 pm I've NOT received anything, if the passport arrives next week, means they took almost 3 weeks. Will never use this office again

Use this company! I was two weeks shy of my honeymoon, and realize that my passport was about to expire. I went off of a referral from my father to use this business called them and they set me up on the soonest appointment they had only three days later. I received my passport delivered to my home less than week after the appointment. While I was there, the woman remembered me from 8 years prior, when I urgently needed a visa for travel. This is a First Class Family Business that we strongly endorse and would recommend.

Beyond unprofessional company. My company paid $2K for both of my passports to be renewed. They messed up the number of pages in one and couldn't even send the other one to me until I emailed and called them multiple times. They didn't even given me the decency of a response or a tracking number - the passport just turned up one day. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY Per their response, I had to email them 3 times to ship my passport and they never gave me the tracking. A bunch of liars with an office that looks like a disorganized mess.

I can't say enough good things about Ladan and her services. I had to travel to London with three weeks to spare. Every time I called I was able to speak to Ladan directly and her calm demeanor and clear information always put me at ease. I should mention that my employer paid for the super expedited option and I got my passport exactly when Ladan said. I think it took about 2 weeks in total. Thank you Ladan again!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Lack Integrity. They charged over $880 plus the govt fees to expedite my passport. When we inquired why so much were told for Fedx charges. They did not send the passport via Fedx. It was sent USPS. IT did not arrive in time. All kinds of promises and guarantees we would have it in time. IT was so stressful and awful. Had to change travel plans. Ladan did not even apologize. We filed a BBB complaint and they did not reply. We just want a refund since they did not do the job we paid for and were promised. No such luck yet.

Such a great place. Got my passport there about 5 years ago ( smooth and great transaction and experience as well) and started the process for my daughter's passport today. Very professional, courteous and attentive to our needs. Told them when we would be traveling, and the gentleman was very honest and transparent. Told us our options, the costs associated and the process.

Also was very helpful and courteous in dealing with a 15 month old. Got in, got everything taken care of and was out in about 25 minutes ( 5-7 minutes of extra time due to toddler fidgety when taking pics.this should be an Olympic event) Hope to be receiving passport before our travel day in Late December/ Early January. Will be using them if needed again!

I had 29 days between international trips and my passport had the problem of expiring 6 months before I returned from my second trip.
