I had the worst experience translating some papers from Dari to English. I paid the company twice for the same project and I still have not received my papers. It has been over two months. It took them 3-4 weeks to make some sample changes. I had to arguing with them over a single change. It was very frustrating working with Paola. After delaying this I asked them to mark this as urgent and ship it as soon as possible. They asked me to pay for shipping and I am not going to pay for something that is your fault. I hope I never go back to this company ever again.
