This top-down commitment to personal attention speaks to the nature of interpreting itself. Each assignment must be handled with sensitivity to the needs of the individuals and the setting. The PINS staff evaluates every request and hand-picks the interpreter with the most relevant training and experience for the assignment.

You can submit your request for interpreting services online. Once you submit the basic information about your request, we will email to let you know we have received it. We will then follow-up by emailing an official confirmation document. If you haven't received an email from us, we haven't received your request.
