Orange Translations replied promptly to my queries and concerns from the beginning to the end of my transaction with them. My document had a couple typographical errors, which should not have happened given the small size of my document. This, however, was quickly resolved upon my pointing them out. Delivery was on time, although physical delivery (which may have been out of their hands) took a few more days than I initially expected. Overall, a solid translation work. Would likely request their services again.

I needed a very urgent translation to get a certificate of C.F.O. in Philippines. Even if I sent them the document on friday they sent me the translation already done on monday. They were really helpful and kind and quickly in their replies to my mails. I will contact them for every translation I will need.

Service was great at first that is why I opted to contact them again. I would still recommend them because customer service was better compared to others and it was easy to transact from quotations, payments, and to deliveries (with minor bumps but very manageable) They rectified the situation soonest they can but just closely monitor and communicate with them to make sure all are in order (details, number of requested documents, tracking number). Prices good and they respond quick. Availed them for 2nd time after a year or two, but it was not as great as the first one. Did a lot of follow up emails with my request and a lot of corrections which was different with my first experience. * Also, check everything because there were some changes made in the document even without my request. Dont make the same mistake like I did checking only the request you made. Also with the number of original documents requested. Still, I recommend them as these are minor bumps for me and it is something that can be improved.

I received a quotation within 24 hours after sending my files, and after sending payment, I received a soft copy of the translation within just a couple of days. The dry-sealed hard copy with a certificate of accuracy was sent via courier soon afterwards. Will definitely avail of their services again if I need another document professionally translated.
