Your interpreter was a peach! She was professional, compassionate and dropped everything to meet me within an hour of my speaking with your office. I really enjoyed her company too. This is a note of recommendation for one of your Burmese interpreters. He has gone over and beyond the call of duty regarding our client.

I have worked with language resources multiple time in the past years for translation of documents. They are very quick at responding all messages, emails, and calls. They have always met all my expectations and delivered my requested documents fast and professionally completed without error. All for good affordable prices. Definitely recommend!

People who work in the Language Resources office are competent and caring. They will try to accommodate the client's every need if humanly possible. They try to keep their cost low to make projects affordable, and they have been in business for a LONG time in a segment where companies tend to vanished fast.

I was not happy with the services I received. To begin, I was quite literally shocked at the way I was treated when I went to pick up my documents. I am a native Spanish speaker and have done a professional diploma in Chile (with very specific terminology, which I am quite familiar with due to having completed the educational program). I noticed MANY errors on my translation when I went to pick it up. However, instead of simply acknowledging the errors and correcting them, the person attending me argued with me and one point even held her hand up in front me, the way someone does when they are basically telling you to stop talking. Further, there were very sloppy errors. like leaving accents that are used in Spanish on my English translation they had prepared.
When I pointed them out, again I was made to feel guilt by the person attending me as if it were my fault for not having caught them in our first review of the documents (because she then had to go back and correct them and re-print them). Finally, after all of this, I came home (after mailing these translations to my graduate school admissions offices) to realize my name was spelled incorrectly on my certificate of accuracy.
I found the entire experience to be very unprofessional and unpleasant. At the very least, I think I paid enough money to have my name spelled correctly on a certificate of accuracy. I will not be using them again.

I had a very positive experience with Language Resources. I exchanged all communications with Kathleen through emails without any issues considering the fact I am out of State. I found them professional and committed to my case, their quotation was very reasonable and turnaround was very quick. I had also my sister doing business with them and overall we are very pleased.

Language Resources has been in Downtown Greensboro since 1984 working with the international community providing much needed services in interpreting and translating. The staff at Language Resources is always a pleasure to work with, and they are always willing to go the extra mile. It's such a great example of why doing business locally is worth it!
