The Accurate Translator, LLC offers: GUARANTEE OF ACCEPTANCE by U.S.C.I.S. or any other U.S. federal, state, or local government agency. Send a faxed, scanned copy, or smart phone photograph of your original or certified copy of birth certificate or other legal public document. Two. Make payment in response to instructions sent shortly after we receive your certificate.
The Accurate Translator, LLC is a full service English - Spanish translation service but has become highly specialized in the area of foreign document translation. These primarily consist of Birth Certificates but commonly also include marriage certificates, death certificates, divorce rulings, criminal background checks, immunization records, declarations of good health, diplomas, transcripts and many others.
Essentially, an Apostille authenticates and verifies that the person who signs any public legal document (these include: birth certificates, marriage certificates, single status declarations, divorce decrees, death certificates, academic documents, etc.) as well as documents that are notarized with Jurat Notarizations (of which all of ours are notarized in this fashion) and the person who signed the document (county clerk, civil registrar or notary) is indeed the person working in the capacity of the position he or she signed the public legal document or notarized document (this can include a notarized translations).
The Translation of Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificates from Mexico is always a unique challenge. Each locality has their own civil registry office which in turn has its own format and style of standard birth certificates. This is complicated even more by the changing styles from year to year.

I have been using Accurate Translator for 11 years for immigration documents. Their communication is fast and thorough, they complete the work on time at the right price. Reviews are very important for me when looking for a place, service, etc. I decided to give accurate translator llc a try based on all the great reviews, I needed a doctors letter translated from Spanish to English 100% accurate. I had a GREAT customer service experience with joe since the beginning I explained to him how I need it done and by when He had it done days before! From day one, Joe has been very helpful and professional but over all extremely informative and knowledgeable on his job of translating and notarizing. Being a United States Marine, I have been known to have a higher level of expectancy then others, and I also don't do reviews. So, here's why I'm making an exception. We had a recent death in the family and it occurred in Mexico, so the Death Certificate was in Spanish and had to be translated. I was unaware this was even an actual business, that what was given to us in Mexico would not be sufficient. Joe highly impressed me from the start.
He never answered any of my questions because I didn't have any. His wealth of knowledge allowed him to walk me through the whole process alleviating the need for me to ask any. He promised me a completion date, but decided to deliver the day before, knowing we could do nothing until we had the translated version. He was in constant contact with me during the entire ordeal.
I didn't realize how many choices one has for document translation, but you'd be a fool to go anywhere else. On a more personal note, Joe, your level of customer service is that which is rarely seen. You made a bad situation bearable. I thank you in the only way I know how. Semper Fi brother, and God bless.

Joe did an awesome job translating documents for me. He responded in a timely manner and was very professional. I really like how he gave me the opportunity to preview the documents before finalizing them. Another plus was that everything was done through email and he mailed the documents to me. This was a big help as I do not live in Phoenix. I highly recommend this place and I know who to use if the needed arises again.

My sons father passed away recently in Mexico and while trying to console my son I was thrown into taking care of my ex-husbands affairs. In a 36 hour period my son and I were bounced around from different places trying to take care of his fathers remains and get his death certificate. We get the certificate and of course it was in Spanish. Now comes trying to find someone to translate that sensed the urgency to get things rolling here.
