Such good customer service. I deliberately seek out this agency from a list of partner agencies my company has contracts with, because their customer service is always on point. I've never had an interpreter reschedule or not show up, I've never had an issue finding the language I need, and the lady in scheduling is so nice and helpful.

I absolutely love working for CommGap! Lelani and the entire team are such great people and very knowledgeable in what they do. When I began with the company I wasn't very familiar with translation and interpretation, I knew some one had to do it but never really considered who. What we offer as a company and the quality is great! I get to see the backend of it all and what it takes for our interpreters to become interpreters, the customer service and constant care of both client and interpreter and the value Lelani has put in to her employees! It's awesome to see how companies can still function like this and it has created a great atmosphere for our whole team, interpreters and clients.

As a Project Manager in the translation industry, I've worked for many companies in the last 20 years. I am with CommGap today and have been for the last 3 years because of many wonderful things, but most of all for its professionalism, its commitment to treat translators and interpreters with great respect providing proper training and on-time payment, and its passion for ensuring that clients get excellent service. I have worked with CommGap for the past 6 years while at my Salt Lake City-based company. They are phenomenal. I am impressed by the level of service they give us and their responsiveness to my requests. The quality of their interpreters is the best I've found. We've had only one or two small issues (a disconnected call, or a translator who misinterpreted a word or phrase) and their resolutions and responses to those problems blew me away.
I am astounded by the lengths they go to identify and correct issues. Because of their great service and the quality of their people, we have been very successful in reviews conducted on us by government oversight.
