I would give it 0 stars if Google allowed it. They have had several scandals throughout the years, and they are known for being exploitative towards their interpreters and staff. I highly recommend that whoever finds about this place considers reading the following articles before attempting to hire or apply for them. This is an unprofessional company and profits from people's needs without a proper treatment, no benefits, an offensive pay rate--and the list could keep on going.
My fellow interpreters: there are plenty of other companies that will take you seriously and offer you a fairer rate, and better job environment. Please do not work here, ever.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value First off, I got zero job call. However, I have been getting scam calls in Spanish language trying to sell me stuff. The scam calls happened right after I provided my phone to this company. I do not recommend this company to anyone. One of the worst one. I have a feeling they are a scam too.

Inconsistent treatment! They claim they can only make one call per session and they can only do one task per session! I needed two things done for the same client (schedule an appointment and have linguistica international dial out) and I was hung up on by one operator (he did not help with any of my requests!) and told by another that I will need to call back to make a separate dial out request!
I have had other times when I speak with an operator who makes my appointment and also dials-out! This inconsistency is ridiculous to me, especially when I have 10 clients I need to call out to and make appointments for! I asked to speak to customer service and was given a number that had a high volume wait time. This company does not work efficiently! If I could give a 1/2 star on this review I would have!

Please avoid at all cost! Interpreters and clients, do not even attempt to try to work with them. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy. They do not care about the needs of the clients or the LEP. They do not have professional interpreters because of their low wages. So please take my advice. It's not worth the headache

Used to work for them, they still owe me for hours I worked. I called several times left messages but person in charge never called back regarding this issue. They don't have a good reputation, I have also heard from other interpreters this happened to them, so I stopped taking jobs for them. Not an honest agency.
